Frequently asked questions

Why do RPSL documents get queried?

Most queries arise from mismatch between forms, agreements, vessel documents, signatories, CBA/SEA wording, office evidence or financial records.

Should all documents be prepared before portal submission?

Yes. A rushed first upload can create avoidable query cycles and inspection delays.
