RPSL license cost in India
Plan the full cost before you start, because the consultancy fee is only one part of the RPSL budget.
What cost heads should be planned?
A serious RPSL budget should separate professional fees from authority, inspection, banking, certification and office-readiness costs. Many applicants only compare consultancy fees and later discover that bank guarantee, office readiness, inspection, ISO/MLC documentation or travel costs have not been budgeted.
- Consultancy or documentation-support fee
- Government, portal or application-related charges where applicable
- Recognized organization inspection or audit charges
- Bank guarantee margin, commission and documentation charges
- Office rent, commercial address evidence and infrastructure setup
- ISO, MLC or other third-party compliance documentation if needed
How our pricing is structured
RPSL Desk India currently keeps two fixed packages so applicants do not have to negotiate vague ranges. The Rs. 2.50L package is for documentation and consultation. The Rs. 5.00L package is for closer stage-wise priority support through query, inspection and MLC Board preparation.
What is not included?
External costs should always be kept separate in the proposal. That keeps expectations clean and avoids confusion if an authority, bank, auditor or certifying body changes its fee or asks for additional work.
- Bank guarantee amount and bank charges
- Inspection, reinspection or recognized organization charges
- Travel, accommodation, courier, stamp paper and notarization
- Legal, ISO, MLC or certification work outside the agreed RPSL scope
Frequently asked questions
Is the RPSL consultancy fee refundable?
Consultancy fees are normally charged for professional work, document review, drafting and coordination. Once work starts or an application is filed, refund terms should be governed by the signed engagement scope.
Can RPSL Desk India guarantee approval for a higher fee?
No. Approval remains with the competent authority. A higher package can only mean closer support and faster internal turnaround, not guaranteed approval.
